How To Undergo Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program:

The word kundalini has haunted the imagination of many for almost over a century now. It is believed that if the techniques associated with this are understood to its fullest extent, you could achieve miracles. Therefore, Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training could not only be financially rewarding, but it could also open up a whole new dimension in your life, which was otherwise lying dormant.

According to the ancient Vedic scriptures of India, our body survives due to the interplay of the life force energy in our body. This life force energy shows up in the spine in seven energy spirals. These energy spirals, in Sanskrit, the language of the Vedic Era of ancient India, are called Chakras.

According to Kundalini Yoga, once all these chakras get aligned with each other miraculous capabilities and physical health becomes a reality. The magical capabilities can take a practitioner to a different level of existence all together.

The first chakra is situated at the base of the spine, and called the Muladhar/Root Chakra. It is believed that strengthening this chakra can help us in our survival and self-preservation issues in life. It also has a direct bearing on the functioning of the kidneys, adrenals, spinal column and the colon.

The second chakra is situated behind our abdomen, and called the Swadhishthan/Sacral Chakra. It is believed to be directly responsible for our sexuality, digestion and is also the instinct zone. Aligning this chakra directly aids the sexual organs, the spleen, genitals and the bladder.

The third one is called the Manipur/Solar Plexus Chakra. It has a direct bearing on our pancreas, gall bladder, nervous system, liver, stomach and the adrenals. It is also the seat of our will power.

The fourth chakra is called Anahat/Heart Chakra and situated behind the heart. It is the doorway for receiving and giving love in our life. Strengthening it develops the intuitive ability and clairvoyance. It also supposedly has a direct bearing on our heart, lungs, thoracic areas and blood circulation.

The fifth is the Vishuddhi/Throat Chakra, situated at the back of the neck. It deals with our communication abilities and directly affects the mouth, ears and the upper respiratory system.

The Agya/Third Eye Chakra comes next. Situated between the eyebrows, it aids our vision in varied aspects. Aligning it can radically improve our concentration, intuition, wisdom and intuitive capabilities. It also affects our facial region, eyes, nose and the ears.

The Sahasrar/Crown Chakra is the seat of spiritual bliss and situated at the top of our head. Kundalini yoga, therefore, brings us all these benefits by restoring the balance between our chakras and takes us to wealth and prosperity.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is conducted by all organizations claiming to offer this yoga. It is, however, important to familiarize oneself with the basic tenets of yoga before going for this particular technique.
